- Unfortunately, we can only accept returns within 30 days of posting products. However, if you aren't happy after 30 days, give us a shout - we will see if we can resolve the problem.
- Contact us within 12 hours once you decide that you don't want your item any more after placing the order.
- We accept returns and offer refunds on items that have been damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged items and their packaging.
- Humans pack all Pins4ever orders, and humans make mistakes! If you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right!
- We offer returns and refunds on all pins, decals, keychains, and badge reels as long as they are received back at Pins4ever in their original condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept the refund of regular priced items. Sale items, Last Chance To Buy items and Seconds pins and collections cannot be returned and refunded.
